When i was 16, i met this really great guy but didnt give him a chance. At 20, i got married and had two kids but things didnt work out between me and my husband so we got separated after 10 years of marriage..And then, I found him again. Still a bachelor at the age of 30...We became inseparable, he even helped me raise my kids...Its been 20 years since, we are now in our 50s, still strong and very much in love...❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I met at 14 &17....very similar story for us.....we have been together for 38 years...and this is us completely. ❤❤..My Mother told me we reminded her so much of the Notebook movie..she told me this before she passed away.

When I was 18 I met the man of my dreams . When I was 19 we broke up and I moved away. At 24 I got pregnant and married an older abusive man. When I was 26 I left my abusive marriage and reconnected with my first true love . We’ve been together for 25 years and this song was our first dance.

I can watch this movie 100 times and cry each and every time . One of the best romantic movies to date

Heartwarming to read so many comments of ppl being separated only to find their way back to each-other again. Sometimes we have to learn the lessons we need to be ready for the ppl we deserve. To those who have not witnessed this kind of love- I hope you find it. Sometimes it starts w/being open to taking a risk. To trusting the magic of a moment and moving forward w/hope. To give and receive love is the greatest gift of all.

I was sitting on a bridge in a lake resort town about 2 hours from where I lived. It was the 4th of July and he was riding his motorcycle across the bridge. He stopped in front of me and asked if I wanted to go for a ride. I jumped off the bridge and got on his motorcycle. I don't know why. It was totally not something I would do.He asked if I lived in the lake town. I said no and told him where I was from. He was from the same town I lived in and I had never met him. He was single and I was divorced with a young daughter. He told me he loved kids and I told him I was never getting married again and that if he was looking for a wife, I wasn't her. That was 49 years ago. We've been married for almost 44 years, he helped raise my daughter and we had two more daughters. We have six grandchildren and he is the love of my life.

How much I miss this kind of love ;( I would give anything to experience it again, even half of my lifetime

I dated a boy for 2 years in our late teens but we broke up, he was 2 yrs younger than I and so immature. We both got married and had kids with other people. 28 years later we showed up at the same event. Not aware each was separated from our spouses. We went on one “catch up” dinner and have been together ever since. Together the second time for 10 years now and married for 5 of those. Some things are just meant to be.

OMG!!! This song is my story behind me and my husband when I first meet him I was with someone else already and so was he. And fast forward a couple years down the road. we meet up again for the second time! And we were still with someone else still and we knew we loved each other. Another few years again we hooked up again for the 3rd time was a charm ! again and we actually tied the knot in 2000. I had a little girl already and had gotten pregnant with our first baby girl had her 2001 and ever since we have been married since for 23 yrs now. And still so much in love and have a big family now we have 5 girls and 2 grandchildren. I love him so much ! God mended us together I know it was no one but God!🙏❤️🙏❤️I am literally crying right now! Even though time have been tough we still fight a good fight of Faith in our love and our marriage. 🙏❤️

Found the love of my life 4 yrs ago..for 20 plus yrs i was married, divorced, in and out of relationships then she walked into my life 4 yrs ago and shes the one ive been looking for this whole lifetime..i look forward to our lifetime together....
