Hey guys, I don't have much of a video today, its more of a progress report. I've been through a lot lately, so this video has a bit more of a deeper nature than my other ones.

    great video man, left a sub, excited to see ur progress :) experiencing flatline as we speak aswell, some depression, worrying about the future and jobs and all that and feel like my head is gonna explode of thoughts soon, its so much brainfog now. need to get this over with so i can go back to a clear state of mind which i usually am :)

    I hope you feel better. It's hard to manage emotions sometimes. I think nofap gives you a more clear mind but then you may see the mess that caused you to need nofap in the first place.

    If I relapse will the flatline go away? Cause I'm done with nofap after this. And I was only on nofap for 1 week so will it go away faster for me?
