This video was extremely helpful. I am a first year 4th grade teacher (alt-certification) and it feels like there is so much to do and to plan, its hard to know where to start. Oh my goodness! This video was great! I teach CBI so a classroom economy would be perfect so I would love to hear more and find a way to adapt it to my old kiddos! I also have been stressed about the things I am doing and I am so glad I saw this and you listed most of the things I have been trying to do first before I plan decor and fun stuff! Thank you!! Having a self-care plan is amazing and I am totally incorporating that into my planning this year!!
