Standing up for Palestine and the Palestinian people, more than 800 people, Icelandic and foreign, gathered in front of The House of Alþingi (The house of parliament) in Austurvellir central square in Reykjavik, Iceland on May 15th 2021.
As was expected, the local authorities counted far less than the actual number of people present.
The police counted 500 +/- persons.
Counting only the persons in plain view in this short clip gives a total of 795. Adding those obscured by signs and banners gives a total of 820-830
