Learn how to do the Puffer Fish Face. Follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Fill up your mouth with air, close your mouth tight, and push the air towards your lips
Step 2 - Move the air to the right
Step 3 - Move the air to the left
Step 4 - Move the air to the upper mouth
Step 5 - Move the air to the lower mouth
During each step hold the air for approximately five to seven seconds. You should feel the resistance in your cheeks, upper mouth, and lower mouth.

Ideally twice a day: first thing in the morning and right before going to bed, with 3 sets of each exercise. The minimum recommended is once a day, with 3 sets of each exercise. Even 5 minutes helps!

These excercises really work!!! I have been doing them for 3 weeks along with rubbing out the wrinkle, and exfoliation. My right laugh line wrinkle has filled in over 70% and my cheek has lifted a bit the left side was the worst and I spent more time on this side now I have to work on the left side. My 15 year old son also does these excercises, he inherited this week muscle from me. :( .

I love the fact that you don't need to think doing these. You can easily do them while cleaning up or cooking. You also don't need your hands, they stay clean and free and the pose isn't even very awkward. You can easily do it everywhere and it's very easy to understand. And I think it also makes the lips fuller. Thank you! ❤
