I always said that Bali will be better if we had Hybrid or Electric vehicles here... looking at the speeds that we travel at.

It was a recal, technically, as that is what it is referred to by US government or whatever department manages those things. I know this as the first paragraph of BBC article on that storay was to point that out about it not being a physical recall, but a software update.
