I'm in a miserable state now, and tomorrow I have an important appointment to deal with. As a Black kid growing up in Upstate New York in abject poverty with drug addicted parents, I identify Goggins as my role model and life coach. (I joined the Navy but never could’ve made it through BUD/S) Just finished reading his autobiography; it should be required reading in public schools. God bless and protect you, Chief Goggins. 🙏🏽

David, I love your thought that “ life is always giving us an excuse not to show up. Absolutely, I agree that once We make up our minds to achieve all our goals, the excuses are completely invalid. I have run 76 Ultra Marathons and know first hand that We just have to make up our minds that Wd are going to achieve the goal in front of Us.
