  • lucky wife! You have a Terrific Patient Husband and He does wonderful work! Yay!
  • Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I’m so glad I came across your video. You made it SO easy for me to put up my new curtain rods. That speed square is a game changer!!!
  • Good job. After the last move and install my husband declared " never again.". We now have plantation shutters in our Florida home that were custom measured and installed. He loves them. Husband declaration was 10 years ago.

Thank you so much, watching in March 2023 and it helps

Wish builders would add extra studs around windows. If a kid pulls on that left side, she's coming out. I repair these all the time. Mostly heavier drapes though, that will probably be ok. Drapes are a pain in the butt any way you tackle them. Decorators have all these special ways they want them, never where there is a stud.

I have been installing draperies for 18 years and I have never seen anyone use a square. That’s a new one.
  • A video i really needed at this hour, Really appreciate your detailing on the supports brackets.
  • The anxiety i experienced when u used a drill While the baby was sleeping was level 10000 😂😂😂😂

Great information. I’m drilling into the studs for my width to avoid toggle anchors.

Thank you for making me laugh while doing something I was previously frustrated doing. Listening to your wife giggle in the background is too cute. Idk how either of y’all are keeping it together while he goes on about the rods. Or pay attention…I’m sorry… follow along. Def subscribed and liked! I’m doing a ton of around the house stuff all by myself for the first time so hope you keep posting good stuff! Happy New Year!

😂 I love this video and that you didn’t edit out little moments like “pay attention, I mean, not pay attention…sorry”, very helpful but funny and relatable too!
