    For me, this game has the best camera/view option, especially the driver's/cockpit view among all wrc games on the ps2.

    2023 here. 3 months after Nijigasaki NEXT SKY SEASON 3 OVA. The intro of the original WRC 2001 PS2 still so memorable even 22 years after release!

    It's weird that this game has a driver name "Ford Driver" which is supposed to be Colin McRae but due to licensing issues with Colin McRae Rally that time.

    I had to play this in japanese language bc I used to live there, and I didnt understand anything. I think I unlocked all the gameplay possibilities this game provided bc I used to press different options each time hahah now I can see what which section means. Best rally game ever!
