OMG, this woman could not run a Hot Dog Stand. I am retired and living off investments from retained earnings in my company. Now my Capital Gains will be 67% on a increase in value, and that’s after I payed 21% on the profits. Whoever starts talking about a exemption of 250K is full of it if you are incorporated, TOTALLY FULL OF IT. Ask any Doctor?

How about changing the rules for politicians pension? Cut their own pension and benefits to show grace for all economic backgrounds.

Why would I support this? Me neighbour who makes 80k a year was was lucky enough to buy a 2nd house 30 years ago and retire on it and my doctor are both getting screwed on this. But freeland squeals on about the 0.030% of Canadians this will target.
