Is happiness a choice?  And if so, can it be engineered?  Mo Gawdat, former Chief Business Officer of Google X and founder of One Billion Happy, believes this is true.  In fact, he's used his three decades of success in the tech industry to engineer his very own "happiness algorithm" to help all of us achieve this mind frame.

Gawdat began his mission to conquer happiness after experiencing the ultimate tragedy.  In 2014, Mo suddenly lost his beloved son, Ali, which thrust him into depression and an existential reckoning with life's fragility. Rather than succumbing to this ultimate despair, Gawdat turned his grief into a catalyst for transformation. He soon embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery and healing, driven by a newfound mission to spread happiness and well-being to the world.

Drawing from his personal experience and extensive research, Mo has authored the international bestseller "Solve for Happy: Engineer Your Path to Joy” and continues to champion his message of happiness to millions worldwide. Via his writing, speaking engagements, and podcast, Gawdat offers practical tools and strategies for finding joy in the face of adversity.Mo's commitment to spreading happiness has touched millions of lives.  He continues to inspire people from all walks of life to embrace happiness as a fundamental choice, as well as empower them to engineer their own paths to fulfillment.

Tony and Sage Robbins are excited to share this special presentation from a 2022 private event with their Platinum Partners in Mexico. Let Mo Gawdat’s poignant insights help you create your own happiness journey today!

“No decision will ever destroy your life, the only thing that will destroy your life is indecision” absolutely amazing
  • Mo Gawdat's message resonates deeply! His perspective on happiness as an internal state rather than a result of external events is a paradigm shift. I appreciate his practical approach to retraining the brain for happiness. The reminder to focus on solutions rather than dwelling on problems is invaluable. A must-watch for anyone seeking genuine happiness!

Thank you Tony for bringing us Mo. Tony , 6 years ago you opened up my new world of mentorship. At the age then of 46, i started learning again. Thank you for being the Napoleon Hill of our times
  • @neetaarjun5019
Sister Shivani also says that happiness is innate in our soul and outside stimulus can give us comfort but not happiness.
  • @TheZac555
I also lost a son. It hit me when you said , its the most painful thing a human can go through. I know I lost my partner and son 2 days before Christmas of 2002 in a car crash. It's weird Mo I also worked at Microsoft as a PFE from 2008 to 2018 - everything changed for me too in a good way. I should'nt have been successful and had no educational excellence - your life story resonates with mine so much !! Thank you for what you have done - your a lovely human being!!!!
  • At the end: "Any hugs, I´m available" so cute, vulnerable and open. Thank you. Congrats! lov u!
  • @Lavendermama
I wanna keep listening his talk. It's soothing.
  • @vickibazter3446
One of the BEST talks I have ever heard. Brilliant and life changing. Takes practice. Meditation is a powerful practice on our quest. We do have the power to choose.

The key 🔑 to happiness is progress and not comparing to others ? ❤

❤How absolutely lovely was this introduction by Sage. God bless Sage and Tony, two of my favorite people ❤
  • "We are always pissed off " ...... because we want more & we want to expand all the time .... we should learn to embrace " not being happy all the time" .... but say " thank you God"!
  • @GreenOilBike
"He didn't die, he lived. And we have thousands of life experiences". Another great quote. SN
  • @Nancy_Mourad
Wonderful talk. And first time I grasp to a 360 level and come to finally agree that happiness, truly, IS a choice
  • @NRao-xc2ni
Your experience and teachings resonate strongly with me. You spoke core teachings of Bhagvat Gita and Sanathan Dharma. Happiness is within you. You have to act or do karma without an expectation on results. Thanks for inspiring us
  • 57:18 - A New Earth is only 9 hours 12 mins long, fyi. So if someone thought that was too long, good news, it’s not so you can listen!! He’s right, that book helped me in so many ways as well. I LOVED this talk. Thank you for being vulnerable, honest, and HAPPY for your son. Ali is now a part of me as well. I appreciate you sharing, it feels great to have met him through you.
  • Tony and Sage,I would like to thank both of you .This has touched my heart .Thank you Mo for your awesome story. It has really changed my way of thinking about happiness.Love this, yes be happy 😊❤
  • @I.C.Robledo
Thank you for this. I appreciate learning about happiness or any life lessons from someone who is winning at life, and who has had to deal with tremendous loss and hardships. Having fun (dopamine hits) to escape the unhappiness is something we see quite often in the world. I'm glad you mentioned this and help steer us on the right path. Also, the Netflix analogy of "Unhappiness on demand" with replaying bad memories is so true (and funny).
