Reminds of the time when I ate a four man serving of self-made Soba all by myself and the ladies were completely baffled. Backstory: I was visiting a kind of Soba museum when I was in Japan and there was a "How to make Soba"-course, but the catch is that you have to eat what you make during it. (Usually you come with at least two people as far as I got it.)

As I understand it, cheese makes your stomach feel full, while vegitables expand the stomach. The vegitable thing I can believe, because I did it, and ate four plates before stopping. (Four full course meal plates)
