I watch routines on you tube by comedians I've never heard of before. I ran across this routine by Raul Sanchez this weekend. He's good; talented. I figured he might be from Texas by the T on his Texas Rangers cap. Looked it up and sure enough he's from San Antonio. An army veteran at that. I love to see vets come back and do good. I am in this guy's corner.

Saddest part is, he may never get the audience he deserves. He is such a great comedian! Amazing timing, great delivery, and his perceptions on things are awesome! It’s so hard to make it in comedy though. I hope he gets his big break someday!

Raul is one of, if not the most hard working and dedicated comedians I ever had the pleasure of meeting. When you watch Raul, you're not just watching a funny guy be funny, you're getting a master class in upper-case Comedy, brought to you by countless hours of undeniable raw talent meeting a pure and relentless pursuit of perfection. As a comic, I was damn lucky to watch Raul work up close, both as a peer and a fan. Everyone should do themselves a solid and support this guy, its an absolute bargain for what you get in return.

I am REALLY impressed with the fact that he didn't speak Spanish or make any jokes about being Latino or anything with race and the hillarious differences. It was good comedy anyone can relate to. I wish more non white comics and screenwriters would do the same.
