A Conex/Shipping Container would be nice to have too. They are fairly cheap too.

Yay! First one in. Are you planning on adding a floor? The ground is probably going to get pretty cold. Set up a way for your subscribers to donate. Just ask them if they would like to help you with your projects. That way, you can buy the supplies you need before the dead of winter sets in. Do you get a lot of snow there?
