Recipe and ingredients:
3 eggs
pinch of salt
200 gr. sugar (8 oz = 1 cup)
60 ml vegetable oil ( half of the small cup)
150 ml orange juice (fresh juice of 1 orange)
Grated orange zest
220 gr. flour (8 oz = 1 cup - all-purpose flour)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Honey
Coconut flakes

Baking dish size is around 24 cm/ 10 cm* Use 180C (360F)* Time depends on your oven. Check with a clean and new toothpick, if it comes out dry, then cake is ready👍 Bon appetit❤
