The restoration of our 1924 Mission Style California Bungalow will never be complete, but it's getting there. Rewired, replumbed, replastered, New stucco. Hardwood floors from old growth wood, solar panels, new driveway, new landscaping, aluminum screens replaced with period correct wood frames. I'm missing things I know. New fence, light fixtures replaced with period correct. A thousand tiny details (phillips head screws do not belong in a 1924 house. Oh yeah, I built a house for my little knucklehead gnomes, Lol!
