This song is a masterpiece & will always be. For me, this song brings back only great memories. This song helps me forget about all of the bad things that have happened in my painful life. When I hear this song, it helps me focus on the present & forget about the past. This song makes me in a better mood, & heals my heart a little bit. So much good feelings come too me when listening to this song. A lot more great things happen when I hear this song, I guess I just can't think of them right now. I've always wondered what my most favorite song was, but I could never think of the right song. But maybe, the right song is this one. I have a feeling it is, I will never be fully sure. I noticed that alot of comments mentioned that the lyrics sound like they have a depressed tone to them. But if you look at it from another angle, it also sounds like they talk about the fear that comes when embracing true freedom, hanging from the chandelier, fly like a bird in the night! It's an uncomparable sensation to let yourself go and follow your hearts desires even though others will obviously see you and think of you as crazy. "Sun is up, I'm a mess, gotta get out now. Gotta run from this. Here comes the shame, here comes the shame" is the sudden realization that there were some things we might've done in the heat of the moment embracing that freedom that might've been a bit embarrising but hey nobodies perfect🤷🏽‍♂️! Just gotta learn to live life with no regrets or "won't look down or open my eyes" as Sia put it! To be free is to be brave🦅 It'll be ok guys! don't mind what people have to say!
