I've heard Japanese lyrics for this for years, but this was the first time I've ever heard it in English. I never looked up a translation either, so I didn't realize the melancholy the song is expressing. It puts a lot of times I've heard it into better contrast. Despite playing host to a lot of fun games, Gensokyo is full of misery.

You ever think about how there are songs out there with lyrics so vague yet so oddly appropriate they can really apply to almost anyone in a meaningful way without ever specifying what the song was ever about?
