Sorry I've been away for sometime. I was busy needing some extra self time and also with preparing Thanksgiving stuff and I was also sick. However next video will be much better ✌️✨ hope everything is doing well!
  • I like how sometimes you got demos with the magazines. The demos were always fun.
  • I need more of these 90's magazine ASMR! This was my era. PSM was my all-time favorite because of all of the goodies and stickers they put inside. Thanks for the video!

The pure nostalgia of this alone as being a 90’s kid makes me happy☺️

Seeing some of these Magazines just hits me in the feels. Soooo nostalgic. Get well soon! and self time is very important
  • The definition of Nostalgia is a sentimentality for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations. These magazines remind me of being a kid and playing my PS. Not a worry in the world. Just being blissfully lost in what was the best era of gaming EVER. Crash Team Racing, MGS, Final Fantasy, Legend of Dragoon... man... games had a level of charm that's just been lost these days.

Love these videos, ive been gaming my whole life (I'm 35), and Im pretty sure i had all these exact magazines so very fun to watch! I so badly want a reboot of twisted metal lol!

I miss that feeling of flipping through these magazines as a kid so much
  • I appreciate Catplant still does her video game stuff like this. I really enjoy listening to her little video game banters and takes. The steam deck review and overwatch 2 gameplay was really nice to listen to while I grinded in bravely default 2 the other morning before work.

I miss gaming magazines. Still got loads from the 90s and 00s too. My fave has Soul Reaver in it. And one with articles all about the upcoming new sci-fi by Bioware called Mass Effect.
  • This was more than great. It made me feel good. I was reminded of some good memories and by the end I was super sleepy. Thanks for being a nerd as well as a beauty. 🙏
  • I still have all my old magazines. I had a subscription to PSM in the ‘90s. Looked forward to it every month.

1 hour ASMR from Catplant? Dreams come true! :)
  • Your whispers are so calming, helping to melt away negative thoughts. Thanks :)

I really hope there's a part 3. These are some of my favorite videos. ❤️

Please do more of these types of videos Cat. It's incredibly relaxing, fun to go on a time trip and also hear you explain about your experiences.

These magazines brought back a lot of great childhood memories! Thanks Cat!

Your magazine reviews are just so great! They're quickly becoming my favorite ASMR videos

One of my biggest regrets is not holding onto all of my gaming magazines. Or at least like...a dozen or so from each publication. I'm just as much of a gaming fan as I was back then, and it's such a cool time capsule-type thing to flip through them and see how games were covered back then. Watching videos like this is the next best thing, especially when the person has had a similar experience with the games.
