The reasoning for some of these opinions is either weak or contradictory. For one thing, we can't see what Mimikyu looks like under its outfit, therefore it is not unpleasant in appearance. It like says that women who wear makeup are objectively less attractive just because they choose to present themselves in a certain way.

24:50 You want to say the Four Auspicious Beasts. Those are 4 mythological animals in Chinese Mythology. For the Turtle, it was specifically mentioned that the turtle has a snake as its tail for the design, which is where the snake comes from. I totally acknowledge it wasn't designed to be good looking, rather more intimidating (though you can also argue they are doing a poor job with that pink design)
