Great Video dude! There is a button on one of those oval grey things. Push that and pull will make it come apart EASILY.

I don't know whether you figured this out but... Dan-o if you look on the middle part of the main handle you'll see two grey bars- one on either side of the split in the middle of the staff- and there is a release button disguised as part of the pattern on one of these bars. The release button is on the side without the screw holes and is on the half of the staff where the power button is. Hope this helps! If you're still confused, reply and I'll try and help!

There's a release button that is hidden in one of the grey accents. Press that and it comes apart easy.
