Separating your self from your thoughts.... Powerful. Thank you Sara. Like many recovering from chronic pain, I ruminate. Mostly about people around me making poor choices. Myself too. I've learned that anger is normal, but repressing anger and causing pain is not, Today, I separate myself from negative thoughts. I've things to do which bring me joy!

Thanks for reminding me that there's a space before me and my thoughts. this is such a beautiful practice and i feel much clearer physically and emotionally. it might be odd to say but you have a soothing voice like the narrator in "Desperate Housewifes" lol. also, is the thought the guest or the furniture or both? whatever it is i try to visualize as best as i can and i feel calmer. thank you Sara!
