I know this might sound childish but i listen to this every time I wake up at a random timing, the reason I wake up is because I get a same repeating dream/nightmare. The dream/nightmare is about my phobia (Trypanophobia) it’s currently 1:43am and I just woke up from the nightmare I can understand This comment is really childish but it’s my phobia and I can’t really do anything about it ( For those who don’t know Trypanophobia is the fear of needles)
