Orange Goblin leben den Heavy Lifestyle: In schöner Regelmäßigkeit bringen die Briten seit 1997 Alben heraus und touren sich einen Wolf. Auf ihren schweißtreibenden Konzerten huldigen Band wie Fans den Göttern des Rock.
1995 als Our Haunted Kingdom gegründet, spielt die Gruppe um Sänger Ben Ward erst einmal Stoner und Psychedelic Rock. Seit Anfang der Zweitausender überwiegt bei Orange Goblin klassischer Hard Rock und Heavy Metal. Mal klingen sie schwer und düster wie Black Sabbath, dann wieder rasend schnell und scharf wie Motörhead.
Im Laufe ihrer Karriere haben die harten Jungs unter anderem mit Queens of the Stone Age, Monster Magnet, Danzig, Cathedral und als Vorgruppe von Alice Cooper gespielt. Dabei haben sie Fans in den USA, Russland, Australien und Japan mit ihren energiegeladenen und biergetränkten Shows beglückt. Ihr Highlight: ihr Auftritt mit Ozzy Osbourne beim Ozzfest 2017. 2020 feierten die Londoner ihren 25. Geburtstag. Die Band drückt die Freude darüber auf ihrer Website so aus: "Die Tatsache, dass wir alle noch hier sind und noch keiner von uns gestorben ist, ist an sich schon ein Triumph."

    One of my favourite bands. First saw them live, all of 23 years ago, in Dublin, Ireland.

    Only got turned on to this band last week by a friend. He suggested it and I streamed it from my phone through my AUX input of car stereo and cranked up Time Traveling Blues album front to back. Totally kicked my ass! Love the old school NWOBHM feel and attitude! Wooooooo!!!!! Please come tour the US again in '24. We must see you live in the States! Need bands like you out there! Killer vocals and musicianship all around! My "new" favorite band of '24! Had never EVER heard of them until last week. Where have I been? lol Amazeballs!! If you want super fire TF up music to rock your soul deeply, Orange Goblin is it!!

    saw them the first time at the south of mainstream festival... the singer refused to stop playing.. so, after the 4th encore the band carried the singer to the backstage area. super fun and these guys annihilated alot of beer 💀
