what people don't get is that Hanbin has to carry all the pressure on his shoulders. If their moves are not sharp enough, if one member is falling behind, if iKON all together is not doing well enough, YG will be on HIS back before anyone elses.

Some people may think that B.I. is too harsh or hard on the members but that's the point of being a leader. I think B.I. is probably one of best leaders I've seen so far for their generation. Also on top of him being a perfectionist, YG has very high standards when it comes to their artists which is why they're one of the most successful companies in kpop.

So B.I. has to learn the choreo perfectly himself before he can make sure the team is together, like damn so much pressure

people don't get that the reason why Hanbin's style of leadership works is because he only like this during practices. Otherwise, he;s just a pabo friend lol

without him there will be no IKON.. he is the main foundation of the group with the help of BOBBY and JINHWAN ofcourse. But we cant deny that B.I is one of the many reasons why there is IKON. he produce/write/compose songs even before debuting thats why they gain all the attention and fans before debut.. he also do the choreography.. I admire him so much as a fan and as a person. So hardworking and responsible!♡soMuchLoveforIKON!!!

Hanbin's voice is too cute When he yells he sorta sounds like an angry squirrel or chipmunk But his leadership is great

I honestly respect this guy soo much, he is just incredible for his age and even though people may think he is way to harsh, that's how a leader should act... besides I feel like he's yelling at me which actually scares me but is pretty funny and sexy😂😂😏👌💕💕

He may be young He may be less experience He may be a boy He may be a rising star But when it comes to be a leader, he's just as mature and as great as any other older leader For me, he is the 2nd great after GD despite his age.

People need to realise that for B.I to be this strict with his members, he needs to be extra strict with himself too. Who would follow a leader who slacks on himself while being picky on others? If anything, he's the type to never show pain or sadness to his members. He is leading a perfect example for others to follow suit. This is why he's a great leader.

In my opinion Hanbin GD and Jaebum are the best leaders :)!

B.I the genius 🌟 ,they called him "the next GD" ,he was so talented from his teenage yrs he was writtingn songs.. co wrote or compsed most of ikon's songs to their choreograph ,he even wrote for Winner's and Blackpink's debut song and number of songs for Psy ,Epik High, Lee Hi ,all of the songs were hit songs!! And after coming back as a soloist again with a beautiful songs like- lost at sea,stay, waterfall, cosmos illa illa , nineteen ,midnight blue to many more to his recent new song out BTBT which is bop🔥🔥

Honestly, I see GD when it comes to leadership of Hanbin. JJANG!
