    Hey John, i think the python script you were struggling with was because it wasn't casting to lower case, which i THINK is what the top commenter was saying.

    I implemented a one myself but it didn't work. browsed the web and copy pasted multiple codes and they didn't work too! asked chatgpt for different implementations and it didn't work too.. what's wrong? I'm a beginner and I don't want to use ord()/chr() I prefer indices

    It hurt my soul every time he pronounced Vigenere as "Veneer" or Kasiski as "Kasenky" lol
