It's so good it almost sounds fake. This is the best version I've ever heard.

    这真的是我听过的最好听的一版月光,尤其是开头,即使是在白天听,仿佛也能看见月亮。

Beautiful sound of music! From the beginning to end. I love to hear Debussy music. Very romantic, especially at night time when you are alone. Peaceful! And quiet place. I am still trying to play this piece. Analyzing the notes and how to play it. Not bad at the beginning. I love it. Thanks for playing Lang Lang! By Angie Uda

pair this music with Van Gogh’s painting-starry night over the Rhône night is so beautiful.

For my taste, Lang Lang took the tempo way to slow. Nothing wrong with it for those who like this interpretation. So it’s not meant as a criticism, just my personal taste. Also I believe Debussy made a recording of Clair de lune which was preserved on piano rolls. You can listen to it on YouTube and see the tempo which Debussy played this piece.
