If you want to find out who Taylor is as an artist (and omg you should), I recommend searching beyond her radio hits. She is a master storyteller, lyricist, performer, artist, human... I also have to suggest you watch a few live performances as well. She's magic live, whether it's a massive stage production or just her with an instrument. I recommend starting with Intro+Ready For It, I Did Something Bad, and Don't Blame Me from the Reputation Tour. You can trust Swifties to take you on your own personal tour down the rabbit hole, based on your reactions. 🖤🖤🖤
  • This is a star-studded music video! She was very good friends with everyone in this music video! Her cat is named Olivia Benson in honor of Mariska, and Mariska named hers Karma after Taylor
  • @thomasdworak2030
If you want aggressive, check out her Reputation album or even better her Reputation live performances. 😉 (Starting with "Intro + Ready For It")
  • @mayranp9417
Everything she puts out charts... even a 8 seconds static that got leaked went #1 she mentioned it in an interview 😂

I hope you will do more TSwift reactions. The most important thing to know is that Taylor’s music ranges over several styles and genres (pop, country, folk, alt, indie, rock, and all possible hyphenated combinations of these). I strongly suggest venturing beyond her pop hits, and beyond her radio hits in general. Very few swifties became swifties based on just her radio hits. It’s the deeper cuts that cut the deepest and turn people into maniacal swiftiholics. Also, although her music videos are world-class masterpieces, I strongly suggest also paying attention to her live performances. (In fact, going forward, I’d suggest reacting to both music video and live-performance versions whenever possible.) For the moment, since you asked for “edgy stuff”, here are three suggestions: Look What You Made Me Do (official music video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tmd-ClpJxA Taylor Swift - intro + look what you made me do # live reputation tour https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WhDBaBWlnc (The Era’s Tour movie version of this is also fantastic.) Reputation Stadium Tour movie: intro + "ready for it?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QJaf6qq8jQ Ready For It? (music video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIft-t-MQuE Taylor Swift 'Vigilante Shit' The Eras Tour (Movie Ver.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qnRUPYEfdg

Loved your reaction! Have subbed to you. 😊Happy New Year 20224!!!❤ I think its time for you to react to 4th Impact, They competed on X Factor UK their First audition is the No.1 best performance in X Factor covering the song "Bang Bang" by Jessie J. hit song. "Bang Bang" (Jessie J. hit) by 4th Power (Now 4th Impact) Their name at that time is 4th Power a record holder as most viewed garnering 191 Million Views.
  • Let’s do some of her Long Pond studio session discussions with Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner followed by them performing the song. I mentioned this to one of your followers. The Long Pond sessions from her Folklore album, are a 180 from her pop music. Taylor, if nothing else, is not tied to one genre. She sings whatever type of music she’s feeling at the moment.

I find interesting that your first comparison — the stylistic choice of starting with the chorus that K-Pop bands like BTS have popularized — is talking about a band that became popular after this song was released. If anything, Youtube's six-second commercial lead-in trend, created to combat people skipping ads before they knew who/what the ad was for, which later became a movie trailer staple, is as much a factor in such a trend as anything else. That and ... what was before TikTok? Vine! (I had to look it up, couldn't remember the name). That too.

Big Taylor fan here she can get you with some songs that have amazingly deep poetic lyrics or a great pop song that many people disrespect because it is pop and they view it as easy. If it was easy to write a great pop song that is an instant ear worm more people would be doing it. I personally don’t place less value on Taylor’s pop hits because I think a killer medley and a great hook is just as hard to write as her more lyrically complicated songs.
  • @texasseastar
These songs were written when Taylor was in her early 20’s. She’s covered a lot of ground since then. If you fast forward to her recent work Folklore, Evermore, Midnights her growth is exponential.

Taylor Swift has a 10 minute song called “All too well” (she re-realesed that track from her 4th studio album called Red) she had to cut the song down to 5 minutes to fit the album. She is redoing all her albums and the fans pleaded her to release the original 10 minute song she originally wrote and she listened. On top of releasing the 10 minute song she also wrote and directed a 14 minute short film!
  • @shep4life
Her videos are like a movie. She has too much power
  • @Sara-gr6wj
Really enjoyed your commentary. Hope you do more Taylor Swift.
  • Thanks for the reaction. Hope you do all of Taylor's very versatile styles ....you will enjoy!
  • @jynx5515
Never too old to become a Swiftie! <3
  • @Violet316
Taylor did this music video in 2014, more than likely her MVs were used as inspiration but the K Pop artists did not have the thought process like Taylor's and that is why they felt disjointed. That is my opinion anyway.

Basically Swift’s character Catastrophe is double-crossed and she goes around fellow female agents in training, and boxing, racing motorcycles as she chases after the villain. The song is supposedly about Katy Perry and their falling out, so the villain in this case would be Perry. “That is just rumors and conjecture, nothing factually to support it at the moment” per Fansided. ~But true Swifties KNOW that is the real deal! Here’s the list of CAMEO’s - most are real life friends of Taylor. It’s her “crew”: •Kendrick Lamar who features on the song as Welvin Da Great •Selena Gomez (performer, actress) as Arsyn •Lena Dunham (actress, “Girls” as Lucky Fiori •Hailee Steinfeld (actress) as The Trinity •Serayah (actress) as Dilemma •GiGi Hadid (actress, Victoria’s Secret model) as Slay-Z •Ellie Goulding (performer) as Destructa X •Martha Hunt (Victoria’s Secret model) as Homeslice •Cara Delevingne (actress, model) as Mother Chucker •Zendaya (performer, actress) as Cut Throat •Hayley Williams (performer from Paramore) as The Crimson Curse •Lily Aldridge (Victoria’s Secret model) as FrostByte •Karlie Kloss (Victoria’s Secret model) as Knockout •Jessica Alba (actress) as Domino •Ellen Pompeo (Grey’s Anatomy) as Luna •Mariska Hargitay (Law & Order: SVU) as Justice •Cindy Crawford (OG Victoria’s Secret model) as Headmistress Taylor has 3 cats, 2 are named Meredith Gray (Ellen Pompeo’s character on Grey’s Anatomy) and Olivia Benson who is the name of Mariska Hargitay’s character on L&O: SVU). She had to have these two powerhouse women in the video since she literally named her cats after them! Hahaha. Taylor performed one of the old yearly Victoria’s Secret Runway shows and has become friends in real life with some of the beautiful women/world famous models. Taylor sang “Style” wearing a flowing black lingerie outfit that rivaled the VS models. It was awesome to watch them all have a great show. Women supporting women! 🫶🏼🎊🎶
