Gentle yoga flow that will help with some of the symptoms you may be having because of your fibroids. The key is to to be consistent and to try and do this flow at least a few times a week. Regular exercise has proven to be an important factor for keeping the uterus healthy and combining that with regular Yoga is just what you need.

The poses you will see will help with pain, heavy bleeding, bloating, and reducing stress levels. Reducing your stress levels will eventually help to reduce your estrogen levels which will help with the growth and the spread of your fibroids. Fibroids are caused from having high estrogen levels, and knowing how to balance the hormones will help. So, let's get into Yoga for Fibroids!

    The Lord Jesus healed me from heavy bleeding and from a large fibroid. I was so worried because I needed surgery and I had very low iron levels but the Lord intervened at the right time. All Praise and glory be to the Lord!

    Your yoga has massively helped me improve my hip health only from one week of daily routine with you. My lower spine cracked itself every time rotating stretches the lower body. I was wanting to go see chiropractor, and now I don’t even feel the urge needing to anymore. I’ve practiced 8 years of yoga and this year finally I’ve learned that when it was been done incorrectly due to the fast speed instruction from the most popular channel which it has created my hip issue. Your yoga has completed my self healing process for my hip as well as the split on my forehead and jaw tension, neck muscles dislocation. I appreciate your knowledge and sharing on this platform. ❤ For whoever read this comment: guys technic of yoga matters the most. Yoga is not supposed to be fast which we are easily misleading by popular channels. Popular may good on production and advertising skills, it doesn’t mean they have the correct knowledge for the real health benefits.
  • I am diagnosed with pcos a week ago and guess what doc said just 3 words change diet, exercise and Google everything by yourself. Like nothing except these three words and when I came home after hospital and inquired about it my world shattered. I was stressed out. Doctor didn't advised me what the next step, how to deal with it physically and mentally. And I cannot clearly explain it to my family bcoz they would take more tension about me and i don't want to make them stressed. And guess what I reduce my stress writing here in every comment box and praying God. I know it's lifelong journey of pcos, I hope I would learn to deal with this. And whoever is going through this,you got this fighter🤝, you are not alone❤

    my mom had a fibroid surgery (Myomectomy) and being the SuperMom that she is, she's struggling with recovery because she's so used to being the head of the house and doing everything for everybody. So im learning new yoga moves in order to help her ease her pain. Im just tired of hearing my mom in pain. Im moving back in with her and im going to help her recover, wish me luck!

    This woman is amazing 🤩. Followed her full body workout, Yoga and cured my PCOS. When i say cured I actually mean it . Its a miracle but girls out there YOU CAN DO IT! Back here on this video because diagnosed with a 20mm uterine fibroid. Hopefully this will go too.
