It's a very good watch. The siblings recognised each other earlier. The emperor didn't disclose his identity to his sister and let her take her own revenge . Which was remarkable ❤. The FL was strong and after taking her personal revenge through mostly her efforts. Her status is regained. I loved this version where siblings are both kind, logical and overall good humans. Must watch. Story about strong family ties, blood over water❤

It seems very unrealistic that the villain would publicly declare that he murdered her grandfather, schemed to take over her family's wealth, etc. at the ceremony. Otherwise it's a good story.

This is a version of the story where FL is a Princess who lives outside the Palace (different reasons why) and loves (is sometimes married to) a scumbag who doesn't know her real identity. He eventually abandons her for a rich woman to climb the social ladder. This version differs in 1. Being quite short, 2. The brother (Emperor) finds her early on, 3. She is an heir to her adopted family, 4. The revenge itself and 5. It’s less bla bla bla. This is a really good version. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! On their father, the Emperor’s, deathbed, the very young FL and her brother receive jade-pendants that proves their royal identity. Their father asks FL to assist her younger brother, the Crown Prince, in his journey towards ascending the throne and becoming a great Emperor. But after his death, evil forces in the Court - in order to control the young Crown Prince - separates the siblings and takes away FL. 12 years later, the Crown Prince finally manages to take control himself, but fails in finding out what happened to his sister or where she might be. In a small town, a young woman (FL) attends the funeral of what she thought was her grandfather, when she is told that she is just an orphan that the grandfather picked up 12 years earlier, not worthy of being the heir of the family as her grandfather appointed her to. She is shocked by the news since she has no memory of what happened back then. Luckily, just as her jade-pendant is taken from her and she is about to be thrown out, the Chief steward, whom FL is in love with, arrives and claims her right to her inheritance and gives her back her jade-pendant. But then he introduces a woman to her and has her accept to let her live in the mansion. Little does she know that those two have ulterior motives and secret plans for the wealth of this family. Well, not spoiling too much, this has a satisfying ending (it’s not a romance).
