I think i edited out an important section on accident. 3rd party solicitors such as PayPal , Apple, avant, Best Buy. Etc… these are not financial institutions thus they are partnering with financial institutions to get people to sign up for credit accounts. I need to find the lender and find the trustee of the lender. Example. If i have PayPal credit card. I’m not finding the trustee of PayPal. The lender is synchrony bank. Which is also on my statement. Thus I’m finding the trustee of synchrony and not PayPal.

I didn't see Chrysler Capital or Santander Consumer USA on the list. A little surprising considering they are the biggest operator in the 4 bigs states of Cal, Texas, Florida, Georgia. I've been having a hard time getting them or I was sending to the wrong person. I'm hoping I fixed that and will call tomorrow to see if they accepted my latest contract. Accepted for Value

Hello, very appreciate the info as I've used your steps to find the Trustee/Indenture Trustee of most of the companies Ideal with on aa monthly basis. Stating that if I may ask, I am having a hard time finding the correct party for my child support case out of Delaware county Ohio. Being as the fact it's a state run program, they dont (allegedly) have a Trustee/Indenture Trustee, so if you have any assistance/suggestions to this topic I'd be very grateful.
