That site charging stupid companies insane prices for kids blocks is honestly pure genius and I wish I would have thought of it.

Last year they tried this crap with us, and brought in some dude who was "Special Forces". We were taken to a beach and made to run into the surf zone and out into the soft sand. We were then made to sit in a chain in the surf, for 4 hours. We were then taken back to work and got cleaned up, and then had a "debrief". It consisted of several of my workmates looking very numb, and a few even cried. I asked why we had just been punished. Was told that it was a military type team building exercise. I said no, it was a military type punishment, then asked our "Special Forces" instructor a few basic questions that anyone who had been in the Australian Army would know. He couldn't answer any of them. I told him that I was ex military, I know what military punishments look like, and that was what we just endured. He left shortly after. It was a complete scam.

It’s crazy how these HR people just Google things and then create a policy that we must take these mindnumbing courses, where everyone looks soulless inside. So glad I don’t have to deal with this anymore.
