He is a serial killer and he wouldn't have stopped had he not been caught. Vallow is no different.

So Chad expects us to believe as a property owner who is burying raccoons and was a grave digger was unaware that two children were buried in his backyard and one was burned back there. They are putting on a lot of witnesses but the jury just needs that and Tammy’s autopsy results to convict.
