On the exercise at 1:41, should the right knee in this example be pushed away from the head. If I don't do so my knee really comes toward my head.

I tried very hard to cross my legs as a twenty year old - and i tore my cartilage ending up years later having a knee replacement - which is a big painful deal during and forever after! I could never win. I am doing FAI Fix at present and realise i am very stiff - getting strong though despite being super stiff with external rotation.
