“Good afternoon.” silence Marcia stops, looks up, points at her ear “Good afternoon.” All: “Good afternoon.” Nicely done.

I get so tired of the media always asking questions about the previous administration they always want to stir up controversy.
  • Greetings. That's easy to solve. Stop giving our money away to other countries and take care of home first.

So many ignorant questions, who are these people, they certainly can't be professionals, can they?
  • You cannot address affordable housing before addressing Airbnb which has led to a nationwide shortage of longterm rentals, which in turn has increased the rates of rentals. Initially people made a lot of money buying up properties and turning them into cheap hotels, but since it caused an increase in lease rates many people now have to permanently rent out an extra room to strangers just to cover their rent in many major cities, including NYC. Furthermore, unless you make sure there are either work or educational opportunities in the areas with affordable housing, they just quickly turn into slums, as dealing drugs and prostitution may be one of the few occupational positions. They need to create housing and make sure there are free schools with excellent teachers that include the option of learning a trade. Free housing to complete a program or degree. It will cut down on crime dramatically which will save money on policing. They also need to have a local psychologists and wellness center as there are a lot of mental illnesses that correlate with homelessness and drug use.

I wonder who doesn't kick out the landlords when they can't pay the mortgage??

there should be recognized discrimination in our legal system especially to asian americans in our government society and our social and political unrest to listen to us and make creative solutions.
  • Many homeless people first and foremost have mental, drug and chemical dependence problems that need to be addressed BEFORE they are component enough to successfully maintain a dwelling place on their own.

At this point, the White House is the most expensive nursing home in America.
