The reason why we are sad is because we always worry about the negative things and how to fix them rather than thinking about the positive things in life.

5.5M people watched this video to know how to be happy. An undeniable reality of this era.
  • Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time.

I miss the days when we didn’t need a reason to be happy. We just were. When every morning we would jump out of bed, ready to seize the day. Now we can barely muster the motivation to roll onto the floor. I know it’s cliché, but I wish we would know we were in the good old days when we were in the good old days.
  • Yeah, we live in a society where we have to seach how to be happy. Congrats, we made it.

Im a full time college student with a full time job, I feel so tired and exhausted all the time, but I know no one can’t resonate with my feeling and probably no one cares enough to. It’s hard to be happy and positive sometimes when I have to work everyday. Sometimes, I wonder where and when the end is.

I almost cried watching this, but I don't like to cry, so i hold my tears lol. I totally agree with what she said! One day I was coming back from school to my home, and It started raining softly, but a few seconds later, it started to get heavier. I had an umbrella so I wasn't worried about getting wet. But in my front, there were an old woman. I'm shy, so I was having some trouble asking her if she wanted to walk with me so she wouldn't get wet. Then, after thinking a lot, I just walked faster to get close to her, and I asked her. She just looked at me and gave me a smile and she said she didn't need it 'cause we were already in front of her house. I just helped her open her house and I said goodbye. Even though not helping much, her smile made my day and I felt useful. It made me realize even though I'm young I can help people and make them, and make me, happy simultaneously.
  • I cant believe I ended up searching how to be happy. So tired of always being left behind.

One day I walked passed a homeless men and I bought him something to eat and a hot coffee. I placed it next to him while he slept and left… I still hoped he ate and drank it and felt great that day. ❤️
