Since there was no compilation for everything of Snatcher I just felt like doing it myself.
I just love this character, he's the best! He's the main reason why I love Chapter 3, the Subcon Forest, so much.

I wanted to include the whole fight against him too since this also is a part of him and shows some characteristics but there were 'contractual obligations' to keep the video under 15 minutes, so I needed to cut here and there to fit the content into one video - I really like the boss fight music though! :D
I also didn't include one of the two contract meetups though since it is basically the same cutscene with the same voice lines, you just sign a different contract for a different Act.

Fun fact: If you look at the contract from the backside, you can (barely) see the contract contains proper English words, it goes:
"I hereby totally agree to do this Snatcher dude's dirty work. And also absolve him of all injuries I will most likely sustain from this work. Also, I'll give up my soul. no takey backsies."

Voicing this character was an absolute dream. All the lines were done in 4 hours for the main game, and when I was done recording them, my voice was shot for 2 days. If I’m not mistaken, Snatcher was the last role that was cast. Before landing Snatcher I auditioned for “The Talking Noose”, “The Crows”, and “DJ Grooves”. The open audition for Snatcher came after I auditioned for those characters, and there wasn’t any other character VO open audition emails after Snatcher. I was disappointed having not landed those previous roles, but I kept trying despite those failures, and I personally ended up landing arguably the best written character in the game. All that to say, I think if you’re met with failure it’s important to persevere and keep trying. Because you never know what opportunities that could slip past your fingers if you get discouraged and pass up opportunities. Keep auditioning!

Since Hat Kid is under the age of 18, any contract she signs is not legally binding. SNATCHER YOU WENT TO LAW SCHOOL YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS

The voice actor for the snatcher is by far my favorite voice and character in the game. He just did such a good job.

There's one more. If you talk to him in the final chapter before clearing Subcon Forest, after he asks about your soul he'll say "Wait, you never quite earned that back, did you?"
