    I didn't know that in a michelin star restaurant the cooked seafood is cut on the raw meat board?!?!?!

  • Perhaps not the most visually stunning presentation (to me at least), but it looks delicious. I can literally taste the flavors on my palate in my mind right now!!! The sumptuous seafood, the fresh lettuce, and everything enhanced by the various dressings. Simple and without frills, but all the better for it as the core flavors are allowed to fully shine😉

    Beautiful dish. My one complaint is how much remaining seafood Chef prepared that didn’t make it to the final plating. What an unnecessary waste of premium product. That said, the dish itself is stunning. Cheers.🥂
