the first skull looks to have vampire fangs. the only thing i can think of movie wise with vampires (if we are going recent, and not dracula) would be abigail. creepy girls in tutu's with fangs would be a great house!!!

The mute button would either be quiet place or silent hill. I personally want silent hill cause i think quiet place would be hard to do because to make the house quiet they have to soundproof some areas where guests scream and put the giant creatures in there it would be really difficult.
