Amazing landscape. Incredible views. Fantastic lift system. Mostly well-marked trails. Super friendly people. Tasty food. Great bike rental. Lucky with the weather. What's not to like if you're in the Dolomites, riding routes you've only seen previously on telly, with a couple of mates who are just as bad at riding bikes as you are. Lovely jubbly.
