So proud of you!! The only advice I have is be VERY careful when you end BistroMD and go back to "regular food." Chris did MediFast (another program where they send you all your food) and he lost a lot of weight, but gained it all back when he went back to regular food. He's doing amazing with Weight Watchers, maybe consider that when you're done with BistroMD. Keep up the great work!!!

New subscriber here! LOVED your jewlery tutorial using nail polish - who knew?! Losts of other really nice tutorials - your voice is so relaxing :) Can you do another tutorial on the nail polish jewelry on how to do a bracelet or necklace? Also, how do you get a marbled effect on the little glass thingy? Thank you!!

@nickasarbata Thanks Nick! I'm proud of you too by the way, on the job! What I have learned from BistroMD is that portion control is key! I never realized how much i was actually eating! Now I get full sooner and I now look forward to breakfast, which I never liked before!

awesome. my dietitian told me to avoid weight loss from stopping..you do a zig zag with calories. so whatever calorie intake your on now, drop it by 50 for 4 days out of thr week, thrn return to regular for the rest. it prevents your body from getting use to a calorie intake. =) it works well. awesome update though. ! =)

Starting tomorrow!! I am really excited, so how long did the weight loss take?

Congrats on your weight loss, that's awesome! Maybe you could put the chocolate treats in a dixie cup and pour them into your mouth?? Just a thought so you can enjoy them, and not get annoyed eating them. :-) Blessings for your continued success!
