Feeding depends on how you hire masons. If you contract a company or a group of masons, that company or group has an agreement or contract in which the payment made includes their feeding , so that you don't have to be concerned about their feeding personally. Or you can hire a local woman within the village, buy kitchen utensils and firewood, even maize flour and some local food . So you pay the woman to cook for them, that reduces the cost of feeding.

Moving forward I personally think you needs to dig a Hugh underneath tank like Mayuguno..Build it strategically where your toilet in the house is and you definitely when u get money you can have an upper scaffolding tank ,pump from underneath to upper tank ..Just idea
