I've proved this can be done with the BoosterGuidance Kerbal Space Program Mod under Realism Overhaul (with a bit of cheating changing the fuel load with HyperEdit!). Its tricky though and easy to mess up. You can now download at spacedock.info/mod/2587/BoosterGuidance
