Mouse deer-How to raise Mouse deer, the smallest deer in the world|Farming Documentary
Mouse deer, also known as chevrotain, is a rare animal belonging to the Tragulidae family, living mainly in tropical forests in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam. They are small in size, weighing only 1 to 2 kg, and are especially notable for their slender legs and large round eyes.

In Vietnam, chevrotain is facing the risk of extinction due to habitat loss and illegal hunting. Conservation of this species has been strongly implemented, focusing on protecting primary forests, raising community awareness of the value of the species, and establishing nature reserves. Scientific research projects are also being promoted to better understand the ecology and behavior of chevrotain, thereby providing more effective conservation measures. These efforts not only aim to protect chevrotain species but also contribute to maintaining the biodiversity of Vietnam's forest ecosystem.

If you were allowed to buy it, would you want to own a mouse deer in your house?
