  • Brian is one of the greatest guitarists in the world, one of the smartest people in the world, he's respected by older generations and new, and yet he's polite enough to say to an interviewer, "sorry, I interrupted you..." Class.

It's always a delight hearing Dr. May talk about anything. Always so smart and polite. I love this guy.
  • It's a true privilege listening to Brian. Such a gentleman.
  • Love you Brian May. I admire you more for your kindness to Freddie than anything else about you (which is quite a compliment).
  • I Have To Hear songs every nite of Queen/ Freddie Mercury...love everything of Queen how they play ..the sound... they give out on each instrument and ohhhh the sound that Brian can take out of his Red Guitar...Wow...I think everyday that I wish all of them would still be Together to give us their MUSIC...THEIR TALENT...I TRULY WISH I COULD SEE AND BE WITH THEM Even for the day...that is Happiness in my heart.

"Sorry, I interupted you." SO Brian May, and why I adore the man. I have done PR for years. I've had some lovely clients and some, well, not so. But trust me, most wouldn't think to apologize for talking over a reporter!!! Warms my heart!!! Although nothing will top when he "stormed off on a reporter." Yes, the title was technically accurate, but first he apologized and said he wouldn't discuss that and felt he should leave (I'm going off memory from years ago, but am sure I'm close if not spot on). Then he turned around, went back and shook the reporters hand, while apologizing. Then he stopped walking away to turn around again to explain in more detail why he was felt it best not to reply. There may have been another handshake. The most Brian May "storming off" in the history of storming off LOLOL

Brian is not only a living legend, but such a kind man, too. Been a Queen fan since 1977. Loved the movie Bohemian Rhapsody. Definitely showed how close Freddie, Roger, Brian and John all were.. Saw Queen + Adam Lambert in 2014 and they were phenomenal. Also saw the Rhapsody Tour 2022 through their livestream. Just mind-blowing. Definitely do a Bond song, please..and please Queen + Adam, return to the US next year ..your chemistry is perfect 🙏❤

  • One of the biggest issues I imagine with a Bo Rhap sequel is that they squewed the time line to make the first film more complete. The only way a sequel would work is if they return to the actual time line as it happened and ignore the 'artistic licence' applied to when Fred found out and told the band he was ill. There's a great story there because of course the drama escalated after Live Aid. In many ways they've trapped themselves unless of course they do go ok well we did alter things but this is the story of how it actually happened. There. They can have that. The top catch line is there for the promotion. 'This is the story of how it ACTUALLY unfolded.' I can hear and see the trailer now.

I'm looking forward to getting this Miracle box-set - fantastic
  • I just received the book yesterday, it is so fantastic. I spent so much time ooh-ing and ahh-ing that I only got as far as page 66 (magical number for me perhaps, because I live one half block off the Historic Route 66). When I am done going through it, I am going to make it a coffee table book and place a viewer next to it so my guests can witness the magic of stereoscopy. After that, once the pages are a bit tattered, I think I will take it to a school or art academy and let kids get the bug. Since you can take the stereos these days with just your smartphone and a simple app, I believe we could see a new surge of stereo photographers. Each book comes with a stereo viewer designed by Brian, so everyone can enjoy the photos in the best way. The only downside for me was that by the time I got it here in the States, shipping, price conversions, etc., it nearly doubled the price of just buying the book. Sadly, it was not available through a U.S. distributor.
