This might come off weird, but seeing the comments and seeing how many more people have a lot of anxiety too really helps
  • For all of us going through this, helps to know that anxiety is ONLY an emotion and I can control it!!
  • This literally took my heart rate from 132 down to 95 . You’re a blessing.

I feel like crying. I had a very bad anxiety for a week, heartaches and a lot of stress and nausea but after doing it 3 times i feel so great! Thank you for sharing with us. I’m feeling overwhelmed to see a comunity with the same issue like me, makes me feel that I ‘m not alone. I pray for every each of you to have a peaceful life and keep fighting strong !

Thank you this is helping me. Having anxiety is really hard. I hate my thoughts. I know it’s not real but it just keep coming back. It’s hard to breathe and your chest is so tight and heavy.

This was so useful, I started panicking out of nowhere and feeling nauseous bc of my anxiety but this easily calmed me, thank you!

To you reading this right now... you are beautiful. Everything will work itself out. Everyone here knows how you feel right now. This feeling sucks, but know that you will be be ok. This too shall pass...Don’t fight the anxiety, just allow it to work it’s way through. Embrace the moment as you become at peace with things. Now I want you to close your eyes and place your hands in front of you and lightly wiggle your fingers like you’re playing a piano. You are shedding this off as we speak. It’s dripping off your fingertips...Feel it melt off yourself. See, there it goes......we love you . At peace... at peace.... at peace... at peace....🙏🏻🌼🍀☀️✨🌼🍀🌼🍀🐣🌼🍀☀️✨🙏🏻

I’ve been suffering from anxiety for about 3 years now and I’m 14 now and seeing all these comments of people explaining their situations and feelings made me break down into tears I thank God for every single one of us and I pray to him that we are able to overcome this emotion and I thank this lady for making this video I’m so glad I came upon this .
  • It’s kinda work but idk why I burst into tears when she ask “How are you feeling?”
  • I’m literally crying because it worked and I’ve been experiencing anxiety for 5 days straight and normally I can get it under control but it’s been disrupting my life. Thank you.
  • I think I understand why this works, as someone with zero medical/psych training. It's a similar idea to the 333 method, where you ground yourself in reality. But in this one, you're so preoccupied with the sensation and focusing on breathing, your brain stops racing. This works for me a lot better than the 333, because it's hands-on and physical, and it's multitasking so I can't allocate as much brain-RAM to panicking. I know this was four years ago, but thank you. You're still helping folks.
  • I have suffered with anxiety from I was 12 years of age I’m now 51, I have moved house 15 times and had many jobs, my first marriage couldn’t coupe, my attacks happen with life’s unexpected but I always come through and so will you, it will pass and you will overcome, Thank you for this technic God bless you all 🙏❤️
  • This really helps especially with this unexplainable fear or doom in my chest area that I randomly get. It’s like an extremely nervous/anxious feeling if I were to give it my best to explain it and if you’re feeling this too then I can say that videos like this and many more do give a long lasting relief. It’s a long process but we’ll get thru it

My goodness... let me tell you, SUCH a simple YET really effective technique. Thank you for sharing. Your voice was soo soothing... 😴
  • @foxball1771
I have only started experiencing these random attacks since Christmas and I can’t explain why, I thought it was health issues but nothing came back, reading these comments it’s nice to know I’m not alone in the battle, this technique is so useful ❤️ and I hope everyone commenting can pull themselves through this

This video saved me in the middle of a horrible panic attack. I seriously thought I was going to die, and just the soft guiding voice alone was like a lighthouse ushering me to shore. Thank you for making this video.
  • I don't even know why, but I burst into tears every time I start doing exercises like this, it definitely did make a change tho
  • @annavainman31
I usually don't talk about my anxiety since talking about it makes me more anxious. After trying this exercise and reading every single comment afterwards made me feel stronger, more confident and not as lonely as I usually feel. I'm so grateful for all of the above!!!🙏 ❤

I was scared for the 2 days i mean friday i had the test and after i saw that the results were wrong i started overthinking and stressing out very much , it's now saturday and i still didnt recover but with this method i calmed down a bit.
