No matter how many times I listen to Aurora, I never grow tired of her. I get into different artists at different times, but at the end of the day I come back here. None can comfort me as much as Aurora. It is here where i find my solace and peace. It has a healing effect on me. She's therapeutic. I feel a connection, a relief that comes from expressing your repressed feelings to a friend, a friend I never had.

I'm living with an abuser that's usingnmy autism and sensory processing disorders against me as a weapon to hurt me, but my bestfriend gifted me ear buds and this is all I can listen to, all of her work on repeat. It drowns out all the blasting thrash metal music my abuser has turned his giant speakers to face my bedroom door. It's my only escape from that over stim. Thank you Aurora. You're so much a part of my healing and blissful escape from the hard things in life.
