Hey! I'm a transfem amab, I've been out to everyone for the past year and a half and have had no problem correctly gendering and calling other people and myself, yet recently when taking to myself I'd accidentally refer to myself in the maschile form and I thought that may have been conditioned by my workplace and household (I get misgendered and deadnamed constantly there) so i thought maybe my brain just follows along because it's referring to this person it constantly hears referred to in the masculine form so it might as well refer to it as masculine as well. In your case it's more of a speech pattern with certain repeated phrases but my thought may be of value to people who are going through the same thing, and just like you said, our brain likes to follow patterns and it doesn't devalue us being trans :)

I am non-binary, but I haven't come out yet. This leads to me misgendering myself all the time when with other people, which became somewhat a habbit. Because of this I had started to question if I really am who I think I am. After watching this video, it gave me answers to questions I had for a while now. Thank you for making this video as it allowed me to realise that it is okay <3
