Meanwhile, mcdonalds employees throw a double double at me and tell me to HURR UP and GO!

This is fantastic! I like Chick-Fil-A because the staff members are almost always polite and friendly.

It’s funny , my family loves this place. All they serve is chicken sandwiches but they are the best period. The order has never been wrong. Ever. And we have ate here at least hundreds of times. Never wrong. I don’t know where they find employees. You will never see an idiot here. Just a beautiful experience

"How you don't know how to fix cars, and you work at Chick-Fil-A?? 10. out of 10. CUSTOMER SERVICE! You fired!"

And that's how it's done! That's why you see their drive thru movin' and shakin' also. If you see there are a lot of people in the drive-thru line don't leave or decide not to go because it's just an 8 minute wait and when they say 8 minutes, they really mean it!

I’m just looking to brush up on my people skills. Lol I’m not even a chick fil a employee but honestly this type of attitude has gone along way in my business.
  • Many companies desire to model their customer service after this company, and they would be right to do so. However, one issue I see that this company has accomplished but glosses over in these videos, "they have enough staff to do those extra steps". Every Chick fil A I have been in, is staffed very well, and if they have a day where they are short staffed its once in awhile occurrence. Chick fil A does an excellent job at staffing their stores, and they launch a new store with tons of people ready to go. They dont "build to the demand", instead they know there is a demand, and they are that confident they will have the business, so they hire the people, train them the right way, and conquer the industry from there.

I work at jacks. Jacks needs to step it up. I love the food, i like working there, but there is no emphasis on custermer service and appreciation, which makes working there more frustrating than what it has to be, which pretty sure reflects back to what customers see. For reals Jack HQ you need to hire me ;)
