Today, I coded a website in the Windows Installer. Yes, the Windows Installer. In fact, it's ridiculously easy to do so! You just have to accept the fact that the Installer has no network connectivity, that's all! :)

If you managed to run Firefox, why not use devtools to write HTML it there, instead of literally writing stuff in Notepad? You can also theoritically freeze windows installed when it's done installing and counting 10 seconds to restart, and then re-write OOBE setup pages (yep, it is written in HTML+CSS+JS... god I hate it) :D
